What were the origins that led you to start this professional endeavor?<\/span><\/h2>

The company was founded by my father, Gonzalo G\u00f3mez, who established the practice and served as a labour inspector. I began my career alongside him as a Social Graduate, dedicating my professional path to the labour field.<\/p>

What do you consider to be the main values that have guided your professional career and enabled the law firm\u2019s consolidation?<\/span><\/h2>

The core of my career has been prioritising reconciliation and striving for fair, mutually beneficial solutions for everyone involved.<\/p>

In my view, the core values are professionalism<\/strong>, honesty<\/strong>, and close client relationships<\/strong>.<\/p>

During the eight years I served on the Governing Board<\/strong> of the College of Social Graduates of Valencia<\/a>, I emphasised these principles.<\/p>

How did you feel when your daughter decided to study law? What did it mean for her to join the law firm?<\/span><\/h2>

My daughter choosing to study law and wanting to practice alongside me was immensely exciting, both professionally and personally.<\/p>

For any parent, seeing a child follow in their footsteps and continue their legacy is a source of great joy and pride.<\/p>

For the firm, it meant a major enrichment and a definitive step toward growth.<\/p>

We went from being a practice specialising in labour law<\/a> to diversifying further into labour<\/strong>, tax<\/a>, and fiscal areas<\/strong>.<\/p>

How would you evaluate the years of practicing alongside your daughter, Sonia G\u00f3mez-Luz\u00f3n Garc\u00eda?<\/span><\/h2>

From every perspective, the experience has been positive, rewarding, and enriching.<\/p>

My daughter’s receptive and responsible nature made our years of working together invaluable, creating a wonderful learning journey for both of us.<\/p>

The family did not just grow within the firm; inevitably, as it expanded, more people joined the team. What has the team meant to you in your practice?<\/span><\/h2>

Indeed, the law firm grew organically, making it necessary to bring on additional staff.<\/p>

For me, the team is the driving force behind professional practice.<\/p>

The group of people who make up a firm is like a big<\/strong> family<\/strong> that understands and shares values and objectives.<\/p>

It is management\u2019s responsibility to communicate these principles.<\/p>

Only if everyone is rowing in the same boat and the same direction can we reach a safe port.<\/p>

How should the 2015 merger with the Delagu\u00eda firm, which led to the creation of Delagu\u00eda y Luz\u00f3n, be interpreted?<\/span><\/h2>

This new step reflects the challenge of navigating an increasingly globalized and complex world.<\/p>

Delagu\u00eda joined our law firm to support sustained, robust growth and to provide highly professional<\/strong>, specialised<\/strong>, and client-focused services<\/strong>.<\/p>

What do you see as the biggest challenges now and in the future for professional law firms? <\/span><\/h2>

As mentioned, we are in an ever more globalised and technological world, which brings many advantages but also some significant challenges.<\/p>

Growing competition, greater overall complexity, and the increasing intricacy of legal regulations<\/strong> make it essential to have strong, well-rounded, and specialised teams<\/a>.<\/p>

Cooperation among practices, mergers<\/a>, or integration are tools that help us face these challenges.<\/p>

On a more personal note, do you have a hobby that has complemented your career while also providing a break from professional life?<\/span><\/h2>

My main hobby, which I\u2019ve pursued since my youth, is painting, especially watercolor.<\/p>

Around our city of Valencia, we have beautiful landscapes bathed in extraordinary light.<\/p>

The pleasant climate of our region lets me go outdoors and paint in nature for several months of the year.<\/p>

I also work with my own photographic material.<\/p>

Finally, after the career you\u2019ve described, what aspects are you most proud of? <\/span><\/h2>

I am proud of the family I\u2019ve built, who have always supported me.<\/p>

I am also proud of the friends and colleagues I\u2019ve gained, both personally and professionally.<\/p>

I take pride in the fact that professionals who trained at our law firm have gone on to establish their own practices.<\/p>

I have many reasons to feel happy<\/strong> and grateful<\/strong>, both personally and professionally.<\/p>

Would you offer any advice to other professional firms?<\/span><\/h2>

I\u2019m not one to give advice, but I can share what has been definitive in my professional experience.<\/p>

Every era comes with its opportunities and challenges, and our current era is no exception.<\/p>

However, at the heart of any professional law firm<\/a> are the people and their principles. <\/span><\/p>

A firm whose leadership sets an example, fosters cohesion, and knows how to define shared objectives and values is a law firm with a solid<\/strong>, strong<\/strong>, and motivated team<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>

I\u2019d like to finish with a word I believe is fundamental to both professional success and life in general: loyalty<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
