The shareholders must share equally in the losses and profits of the company per their common goal.<\/p><ul><li>Minimum capital of \u20ac3,000<\/li><li>Limited shareholder liability<\/li><\/ul><div>\u00a0<\/div><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Limited liability company<\/h4><ul><li>This is the most common type of <a href=\"https:\/\/delaguialuzon.com\/en\/blog\/establish-holding-company-in-spain\/\" data-wpil-monitor-id=\"84\">company in Spain<\/a>.
