C&rsquo;est un fait. Autrement dit : un recrutement qui renforce votre \u00e9quipe tout en all\u00e9geant significativement votre masse salariale.<\/p>\n<p rtrvr-ls=\"12~ow,13~lc,15~ow,16~hs,47~lc\" rtrvr-ro=\"42\"><\/p>\n<p rtrvr-ls=\"12~ow,13~lc,15~ow,16~hs,47~lc\" rtrvr-ro=\"42\"><\/p>\n<h2 rtrvr-ls=\"5~hs,6~hs,8~hs,9~hs,12~ow,13~lc,15~ow,16~hs,47~lc,49~hs\" rtrvr-ro=\"42\">Qui peut b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier des subventions ECOVUL ?<\/h2>\n<p rtrvr-ls=\"12~ow,13~lc,15~ow,16~hs,47~lc\" rtrvr-ro=\"42\"><\/p>\n<p rtrvr-ls=\"12~ow,13~lc,15~ow,16~hs,47~lc\" rtrvr-ro=\"42\"><\/p>\n<h3 rtrvr-ls=\"5~hs,6~hs,8~hs,9~hs,12~ow,13~lc,15~ow,16~hs,47~lc\" rtrvr-ro=\"42\">Les profils de candidats \u00e9ligibles<\/h3>\n<p rtrvr-ls=\"12~ow,13~lc,15~ow,16~hs,47~lc\" rtrvr-ro=\"42\"><\/p>\n<p rtrvr-ls=\"12~ow,13~lc,15~ow,16~hs,47~lc\" rtrvr-ro=\"42\"><\/p>\n<p rtrvr-ls=\"5~hs,6~hs,8~hs,9~hs,12~ow,13~lc,15~ow,16~hs,47~lc\" rtrvr-ro=\"42\">Pour d\u00e9clencher le droit \u00e0 la subvention, la personne recrut\u00e9e doit \u00eatre inscrite comme demandeur d&#8217;emploi aupr\u00e8s de LABORA au moins un jour avant la signature du contrat, et appartenir \u00e0 l&rsquo;un des groupes suivants :<\/p>\n<p rtrvr-ls=\"12~ow,13~lc,15~ow,16~hs,47~lc\" rtrvr-ro=\"42\"><\/p>\n<p rtrvr-ls=\"12~ow,13~lc,15~ow,16~hs,47~lc\" rtrvr-ro=\"42\"><\/p>\n<ul rtrvr-ls=\"5~hs,6~hs,8~hs,9~hs,12~ow,13~lc,15~ow,16~hs,47~lc\" rtrvr-ro=\"42\">\n<li rtrvr-ls=\"5~hs,6~hs,8~hs,9~hs\" rtrvr-ro=\"42\">Personnes en situation ou \u00e0 risque d&rsquo;exclusion sociale, attest\u00e9e par les services sociaux d&rsquo;une administration publique<\/li>\n<li>Ch\u00f4meurs de longue dur\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>Personnes de plus de 50 ans<\/li>\n<li>Personnes handicap\u00e9es (taux de handicap reconnu)<\/li>\n<li>Femmes victimes de violences de genre, au sens de la <em>Ley 7\/2012 de la Generalitat Valenciana<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p rtrvr-ls=\"12~ow,13~lc,15~ow,16~hs,47~lc\" rtrvr-ro=\"42\"><\/p>\n<p rtrvr-ls=\"12~ow,13~lc,15~ow,16~hs,47~lc\" rtrvr-ro=\"42\"><\/p>\n<p rtrvr-ls=\"12~ow,13~lc,15~ow,16~hs,47~lc\" rtrvr-ro=\"42\">\u00c0 noter : les personnes titulaires d&rsquo;un contrat fixe discontinu en p\u00e9riode d&rsquo;inactivit\u00e9 ne sont pas consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme ch\u00f4meuses au sens de ce programme, et ne sont donc pas \u00e9ligibles.<\/p>\n<p rtrvr-ls=\"12~ow,13~lc,15~ow,16~hs,47~lc\" rtrvr-ro=\"42\"><\/p>\n<p rtrvr-ls=\"12~ow,13~lc,15~ow,16~hs,47~lc\" rtrvr-ro=\"42\"><\/p>\n<h3 rtrvr-ls=\"12~ow,13~lc,15~ow,16~hs,47~lc\" rtrvr-ro=\"42\">Les entreprises et autonomos \u00e9ligibles<\/h3>\n<p rtrvr-ls=\"12~ow,13~lc,15~ow,16~hs,47~lc\" rtrvr-ro=\"42\"><\/p>\n<p rtrvr-ls=\"12~ow,13~lc,15~ow,16~hs,47~lc\" rtrvr-ro=\"42\"><\/p>\n<p rtrvr-ls=\"0~hs,5~hs,6~hs,8~hs,9~hs,12~ow,13~lc,15~ow,16~hs,47~lc,49~hs\" rtrvr-ro=\"42\">Toute entit\u00e9 employeuse de <strong>nature juridique priv\u00e9e<\/strong> disposant d&rsquo;un centre de travail en Communaut\u00e9 Valencienne peut d\u00e9poser une demande \u2014 y compris les <a href=\"https:\/\/delaguialuzon.com\/fr\/blog\/devenir-auto-entrepreneur-en-espagne\/\" rtrvr-ls=\"0~jl,11~1,12~lc,13~lc,15~lc,38~lc,39~lc,47~lc\" rtrvr-ro=\"50\">travailleurs ind\u00e9pendants (autonomos)<\/a> affili\u00e9s au R\u00e9gime Sp\u00e9cial de la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale.&nbsp;<\/p><p rtrvr-ls=\"12~ow,13~lc,15~ow,16~hs,47~lc\" rtrvr-ro=\"42\">Chaque entit\u00e9 peut solliciter l&rsquo;aide pour <strong rtrvr-ls=\"5~hs,6~hs,8~hs,9~hs,12~ow,13~lc,15~ow,16~hs,47~lc\" rtrvr-ro=\"42\">un maximum de deux contrats<\/strong> par convocation.<\/p>\n<p rtrvr-ls=\"12~ow,13~lc,15~ow,16~hs,47~lc\" rtrvr-ro=\"42\"><\/p>\n<p rtrvr-ls=\"12~ow,13~lc,15~ow,16~hs,47~lc\" rtrvr-ro=\"42\"><\/p>\n<p rtrvr-ls=\"12~ow,13~lc,15~ow,16~hs,47~lc\" rtrvr-ro=\"42\">Sont en revanche exclus : les entreprises de travail temporaire (ETT), les entit\u00e9s ayant fait l&rsquo;objet de sanctions graves au cours des deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, celles qui ont des dettes envers la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale ou l&rsquo;Agencia Tributaria, et celles qui n&rsquo;ont pas de <a href=\"https:\/\/delaguialuzon.com\/fr\/compliance-du-travail\/\" rtrvr-ls=\"0~jl,11~1,12~lc,13~lc,15~lc,38~lc,39~lc,47~lc\" rtrvr-ro=\"50\">plan d&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9<\/a> lorsque celui-ci est obligatoire.<\/p>\n<p rtrvr-ls=\"12~ow,13~lc,15~ow,16~hs,47~lc\" rtrvr-ro=\"42\"><\/p>\n<p rtrvr-ls=\"12~ow,13~lc,15~ow,16~hs,47~lc\" rtrvr-ro=\"42\"><\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\" style=\"border-left: 4px solid #007BB3; C&rsquo;est la seule exception au principe du CDI \u00e0 temps plein.<\/p>\n<p rtrvr-ls=\"12~ow,13~lc,15~ow,16~hs,47~lc\" rtrvr-ro=\"42\"><\/p>\n<p rtrvr-ls=\"12~ow,13~lc,15~ow,16~hs,47~lc\" rtrvr-ro=\"42\"><\/p>\n<h2 rtrvr-ls=\"12~ow,13~lc,15~ow,16~hs,47~lc\" rtrvr-ro=\"42\">Conditions \u00e0 respecter pour maintenir la subvention<\/h2>\n<p rtrvr-ls=\"12~ow,13~lc,15~ow,16~hs,47~lc\" rtrvr-ro=\"42\"><\/p>\n<p rtrvr-ls=\"12~ow,13~lc,15~ow,16~hs,47~lc\" rtrvr-ro=\"42\"><\/p>\n<p rtrvr-ls=\"12~ow,13~lc,15~ow,16~hs,47~lc\" rtrvr-ro=\"42\">Obtenir la subvention est une chose. La conserver en est une autre. L&rsquo;entreprise b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire doit respecter plusieurs obligations sur la dur\u00e9e :<\/p>\n<p rtrvr-ls=\"12~ow,13~lc,15~ow,16~hs,47~lc\" rtrvr-ro=\"42\"><\/p>\n<p rtrvr-ls=\"12~ow,13~lc,15~ow,16~hs,47~lc\" rtrvr-ro=\"42\"><\/p>\n<ul rtrvr-ls=\"12~ow,13~lc,15~ow,16~hs,47~lc\" rtrvr-ro=\"42\">\n<li>Maintenir le contrat subventionn\u00e9 pendant <strong>au moins 24 mois<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Ne pas r\u00e9duire l&rsquo;effectif moyen de l&rsquo;entreprise pendant cette p\u00e9riode, sauf d\u00e9parts \u00e0 l&rsquo;initiative du salari\u00e9, d\u00e9c\u00e8s ou invalidit\u00e9 survenue<\/li>\n<li>\u00catre \u00e0 jour de ses obligations fiscales et sociales tout au long de la p\u00e9riode de maintien<\/li>\n<li>En cas de rupture anticip\u00e9e du contrat, remplacer le salari\u00e9 dans le d\u00e9lai d&rsquo;un mois par une personne appartenant aux m\u00eames groupes \u00e9ligibles \u2014 ou proc\u00e9der au remboursement proportionnel de l&rsquo;aide<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p rtrvr-ls=\"12~ow,13~lc,15~ow,16~hs,47~lc\" rtrvr-ro=\"42\"><\/p>\n<p rtrvr-ls=\"12~ow,13~lc,15~ow,16~hs,47~lc\" rtrvr-ro=\"42\"><\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\" style=\"border-left: 4px solid #007BB3; background: linear-gradient(135deg, #f0f7ff 0%, #e8f4fd 100%); padding: 20px 24px; margin: 32px 0; box-shadow: 0 2px 8px rgba(0,123,179,0.08);\" rtrvr-ls=\"12~ow,13~lc,15~ow,16~hs,47~lc\" rtrvr-ro=\"42\">\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u00ab La convocation ECOVUL 2026 est ouverte depuis le 29 janvier 2026 et court jusqu&rsquo;au 15 juin 2026 \u2014 ou jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 \u00e9puisement du cr\u00e9dit disponible.
