The Royal Decree 87/2025, of February 11, which sets the Minimum Interprofessional Salary (MIS) for 2025, was published in the B.O.E. of February 12, 2025. This decree will take effect during the period between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025, resulting in the payment of the Minimum Interprofessional Salary effective from January 1, 2025.
Minimum Interprofessional Salary for 2025
The Minimum Interprofessional Salary is set as follows:
- Monthly: 1,184.00 euros/month
- Daily: 39.47 euros/day
Two extraordinary payments of one full month’s salary each are added, bringing the Minimum Annual Salary to a total of 16,576.00 euros.
Conditions for temporary workers
For casual or temporary workers whose services to the same company do not exceed 120 days, the minimum amount is set at:
- 56.08 euros per legal working day
Conditions for domestic employees
For domestic employees, the minimum hourly wage is:
- 9.23 euros per hour actually worked
