The Resolution of 21 June 2024, from the Ministry of Education, Universities, and Employment, has been published in the DOGV, approving the regulatory bases for grants to promote the permanent employment of unemployed individuals belonging to certain priority employment groups within the Valencian Community.
Purpose and recipients
The granting of subsidies aims to promote the initial full-time permanent employment of unemployed individuals within the Valencian Community, specifically targeting the following groups:
- People in a situation or risk of social exclusion, accredited by the social services of any public administration.
- People in long-term unemployment.
- People over 50 years old.
- People with disabilities.
The final beneficiaries must have been unemployed and registered as job seekers with LABORA until their employment.
Beneficiary entities
Any private legal employer entity may be a beneficiary (including people included in the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers of Social Security), with a work centre in the Valencian Community.
Subsidy amount
The amount of the subsidy will be €11,113.00.
If the person hired is also a woman or a person with a disability, the amount of the subsidy will be €14,428.00.
If the victim of violence against women attends, the amount of the subsidy will be €23,814.00.
If the person with a severe disability applies, the amount of the subsidy will be €31,752.00. Indefinite contracts of at least 15 hours per week for people with severe disabilities will be eligible for subsidies with a proportional reduction in the amount of aid.
Submission of applications
Applications will be submitted electronically at the electronic headquarters of the Generalitat Valenciana, through the procedure enabled for this purpose that will be specified by each call.
Entry into force
It will come into force the day following its publication in the DOGV and will end on July 31, 2024.
